Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.


Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is generally 3–5 business days for metro cities, 5–7 business days for non-metro cities, and 7–10 business days for remote or rural areas. Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service availability and external factors.


Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your order. Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or on selected products.


Order Tracking

After dispatch, a tracking link will be sent to your email. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your shipment.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship orders only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.


Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, you can refuse to accept it. If you choose to accept it, record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video and contact us immediately at Mailnidanayurvedaindia@gmail.com. Claims without video proof may not be accepted.


Delayed Deliveries

Delivery delays can occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, festivals, or location-based challenges. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
