Refund and Return Policy

General Return Conditions

All product quantities, weights, and packaging details are clearly mentioned in the product description. Please review carefully before placing your order.

Returns are not accepted for personal preferences such as taste or size perception.

A return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by the invoice or order confirmation

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are required to bear Rs. 120 as return shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from the final refund.

Returned products must be sent to the address provided by our support team at the time of approval.

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video for Damage Claims

To process claims for damaged or missing items, customers must record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed package and contents from multiple angles (360°) under good lighting.

Without this video proof, claims for missing or damaged items will not be accepted.

🔁 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.

Minor visual variations in color, packaging, or shape are not considered defects.

If the same item is unavailable for exchange, we will issue a refund instead.

💸 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 3–6 business days.

🕒 Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn't arrived yet:

  • Check your bank or payment provider account again

  • Contact your card issuer or payment gateway

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days
